What is www.indilane.com ?

Indilane is an online market place to promote and sell textiles and handicrafts, including home linen, table linen, kitchen linen, art, photography, artificial jewellery, leather, wood, metal products and other similar items through optimal use of newest technologies to a global and a domestic audience.

MY ACCOUNT

     1.   I have to have an account to shop?

            Although it's not essential to have an account to shop with Indilane, registering with us will allow you to:

 

                 A. Track your order and review past purchases.

                 B. Shop without entering your address details.

                 C. Learn about promotions and offers; if you wish to receive.

 

     2.  Ok, I think I want an account. How do I get one?

           To create an account, simply click on Sign In and fill in the required fields. Alternatively, you can complete your order with all your information and then on the order
           confirmation page, click on the link to create your account.
   

     3.  I forgot my password. Can you tell me what it is?

           Passwords are encrypted, so even we can't see them. But we have a way to reset them. Follow the simple steps below and we'll email you a new password.

SHOPPING

     1.  What are the payment options?

           All payments must be made by credit card and internet banking (For India only). We accept most  international payment options.

 

     2. How long can I keep an item in my cart?

          We don't have a time limit for your items in your cart, but it's first come, first serve. If you keep it  long enough, prices may change.  

ORDERS 
 

    1. How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?

        We process your order as soon as we receive it. We’ve partnered with FEDEX and DHL, so your order should arrive in 2-3 weeks—sometimes sooner! In case there is any
        anticipated delay, you will hear from us.

RETURNS

   1. What is indilane.com’s return policy?

        We have a customer friendly return and refund policy. Please refer to our return policy.

 

   2. How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

   3. Where should I send an eligible return?

        When your return request is approved, you could send the eligible return to our return centre provided in our return policy, or feel free

   4. What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

        We want our customers to be satisfied with each and every purchase made at indilane.com. We have a customer friendly return and

   1. What shipping method does indilane.com use?

        We have partnered with global delivery experts like FEDEX and DHL to bring you reliable and safe delivery of your order. 

 

   2. How much does indilane.com charge for shipping?

        It depends on the products you order and where you want them delivered. Please check your shopping cart for details of your orders'
        shipping charges.

 

   3. Where does indilane.com ship?

       We ship to most parts of the world.

 

   4. Are there ever any additional shipping fees?

        Sometimes, yes. Large items, such as painting frames, may carry additional shipping and handling charges. Purchases being shipped to
        remote corners of the world may also incur an additional charge. Certain category of products may involve customs duty and local taxes.

   5. How can I check if my order has shipped?

       Your order ships within 7-10 days of when we receive the order. To check the status of current  orders and to see past orders, simply log
       in and visit "My Account."

 

   6. Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?

        All items may not ship in the same box. The number of boxes depends on the number of items in your order.
