Indilane is committed to providing a hassle-free buying experience to its customers.

   1.   You are entitled for a 100% refund if the items are returned in its original condition; unopened (including packing) within 7 days of

          receipt of the order.

           2.  Please send your return using a reliable carrier that offers tracking (such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

                It is recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all

                items arrive at the returns center in their original condition.

           3.  Refunds will not be issued if the returned products are found to be damaged or altered in any way when they arrive at the Returns Center.

           4.  We will pay the applicable return shipping costs if the return is result of our error.

           5.  If the return is not due to any error by Indilane, You will be responsible for all the return shipping costs, government taxes and duties,

                payment gateway/bank charges (if applicable). In such a case, your account will be credited for an equivalent refund amount which

               can be used against future purchases. Such refund amount credits will be valid for 1 year from the date of refund.

   2.   You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. Your account will be credited with the refund amount you paid, minus

         the charges applied by Banking institutions & Shipping & Handling fees, if any.

   3.   Due to the inherent nature of handmade products, please note that you may find some variations in the actual product you receive

         compared to the products listed on www.indilane.com . Please account for such variations before reporting any defects.

   4.   Promotion Codes on Returned Orders: If any order is returned due to Indilane’s error, we would be delighted to present a discount

         coupon for the equivalent amount of the product, valid for a future purchase. Please note that if the return did not result from an error

         by Indilane then any promotional codes used in the purchase will be deemed as already used.
 

      •   Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at the Returns Center.

      •   In case of returns due to unavailability of recipient or incorrect/incomplete address, additional return and reshipment charges may be

            applicable. This will be decided on case to case basis.

      •   Indilane is not responsible for loss or any costs incurred (including freight, duties and taxes, or import fees) for items returned by the customer.

      •   No refunds or returns on custom orders.

      •   No refunds or returns on gift certificates.

      •   Due to hygiene factors, soft furnishings and jewellery category are excluded from returns and refunds.

      •   As a safeguard against potential abuse, Indilane reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be

            excessive returns.

      •   Please note that gift box charges are not refundable.
