We have partnered with FedEX and DHL, so we’ve secured attractive international shipping rates for you with carriers you know and trust. We ship to most parts of the world. Non-India customers should check possible tariffs and/or duties that might be imposed by local law on incoming international shipments, as Indilane cannot be held responsible for any tax requirements imposed by governments.

On average, order arrives at the destination address in 2-3 weeks. The delivery time will depend on:

    • Item Availability

    • Shipping Service

    • Correctness of the destination address

Unless otherwise noted, all items available for purchase on the website are available for shipping

During checkout, we will show you expected delivery time frame.

Note: some items carry a special delivery timeframe that may differ from that of other items - these items are clearly labeled with the special timeframe on the product detail page

If we determine that we will not be able to deliver an order within the promised timeframe, we will immediately contact you via email.

Please ensure the correctness of address. An incomplete/incorrect address may result in delayed delivery or no delivery.

A charge may be applicable for re-routing of orders. This charge would be advised when you make such a request. Please note that there is no charge for address changes that are made before an order is shipped. Such a request should be made via e mail within 48 hours of placing the order.

We are unable to ship to any post box or APO address.

Orders being shipped to addresses outside of India may require the recipient to pay duties upon delivery. Customers outside India are encouraged to contact their local courier or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. Indilane cannot be held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the local government on orders delivered to countries other than India
