The Company offers handicrafts, home furnishing, kitchen linen, art, artificial jewelry, decorative and other such products to its Visitors and Members (Collectively “Users”). The various Services being provided will be updated from time to time, at intervals solely decided by the Company. The Company at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the User through the Website without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by the Company is not complete until full payment towards the particular Service have been received from the User and accepted by the Company.

However, the Company reserves the right to refuse to accept, post, display or transmit any content in its sole discretion. The role of the Company is only that of a booking agent and/or arranger of the Services.

Subject to applicable law, use of this Website and Content is at the sole risk of User. If, despite the limitation above, Indilane and/or the Company or a Service Provider is found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the occurrences described in the limitation above, then Indilane and/or the Company’s liability will in no event exceed, in total, the sum of 5000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand only).

The Company reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. The Company further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice. Such fees charged/chargeable shall exclude all applicable taxes.

The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Indilane and/or the Company and/or its affiliates from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by Indilane and/or the Company that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the User pursuant to this Agreement and/or the T&Cs.

The headings and subheadings herein are included for convenience and identification only and are not intended to describe, interpret, define or limit the scope, extent or intent of this Agreement, the T&Cs or the right to use the Website or any other section or pages of the Website or any Linked websites in any manner whatsoever by the User.

None of the provisions of this Agreement, T&Cs, notices, or the right to use this Website by the User contained herein or any other section or pages of the Website or its partner websites, if any, shall be deemed to constitute a partnership between the User and the Company and no party shall have any authority to bind or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other in any way.

The terms and conditions herein shall apply equally to both the singular and plural form of the terms defined. Whenever the context may require, any pronoun shall include the corresponding masculine, feminine and neuter form. If any portion of these T&Cs shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future laws, such provision shall be fully severable, these T&Cs shall be construed and enforced as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision had never comprised a part of these T&Cs, and the remaining provisions of these T&Cs shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the illegal, invalid or unenforceable provision or by its severance here from.

Either User or the Company may terminate this Agreement and a Service with or without cause at any time to be effective immediately. User agrees that the Company may under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate Users user ID and access to the Website/Services. Causes for termination may include, but shall not be limited to, breach by User of this Agreement or the T&Cs, requests by enforcement or government agencies, requests by User , non-payment of fees owed by User in connection with the Services as specified in the applicable T&Cs.

The Company shall not be liable to User or any third party for termination of any Service. Should User object to any terms and conditions of this Agreement, any T&Cs or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, the only recourse to User is to immediately: (a) discontinue use of the Website/ Service; and (b) notify the Company of such discontinuance.

Upon termination of the Services, Users right to use the Website/Services and software shall immediately cease. User shall have no right and the Company shall have no obligation thereafter to execute any of your uncompleted tasks or forward any unread or unsent messages to User or any third party. Once the Users registration or the Services are terminated, cancelled or suspended, any data that User has stored on the Website may not be retrieved later.

This Agreement and each T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Delhi to the exclusion of all other Courts in India.
